"My experience with customer service here, even my stylist, was amazing. However my haircut was horrible and I really shouldn’t have had to pay. The stylist put SO much product in my hair it was practically glued to my head. I had to ask her to spray my hair with water to relieve some of the weight. She didn’t know how to blow dry my hair or cut my face framing bangs. I asked her for her comb and her blow dryer and taught her how to blow dry my bangs to provide volume but my hair was still so saturated with oil. The blow drying hurt and I could feel her ripping out my hair. I was so embarrassed and didn’t want to embarrass her and I was so upset when I left. I only needed a trim, nothing fancy, not even layers. I would never return here or recommend this place."
