"Experience with scheduling and front desk was very good. Issue is that the feature I asked to be added was not properly described and didn’t operate how I wanted it to. I had pickup truck bed lights added to my truck and was told they’d be integrated/operable via the “accessory” switch on the dash. Was also told there would be lights in the bed and up high under the brake light (the way it worked on my previous GMC). Instead this is a push light that have to be individually activated from the truck bed. Not really helpful when getting things in and out of the truck in the dark. I would definitely not have paid $500+ for this kind of a solution. I could have bought stick on push lights at a hardware store for $20."

"Excellent experience buying a used car. The sales rep was polite, not pushy, showed us exactly what we asked for and rode along for the test drive. We came in way under budget for a great car. Paperwork went much faster than anywhere else I have ever bought. There were no up sales, they worked with my pre-approval from my credit union, and made the whole process so smooth my son said at the end of it, “This was so easy. Why do people think this is such a horrible thing to do?” A staffer recommended a local sandwich shop while we waited on my bank rep to come back from her lunch and sign off on the paperwork.
