"I own a 2016 Mercedes E400. I needed to replace my front rotors and all 4 brakes. I work at a dealership that owns 7 different brands. But none of those brands were Mercedes. I know a lot of techs that work for us. I got a price for the job from my guys but something inside of me said just get it done by a professionals. I found M-Tech from google and wanted to go and visit them instead of a phone call. I talked to John and he got me in for the following week. It was almost in and out. "M-Tech had my car for about 2 months. Part of that was because of parts that were coming in from over seas. They did great work on my car. It’s running great, looks great, sounds great, and all that jazz. The cost did not break the bank which was also wonderful. The only reason I couldn’t give five stars was because of communication. Maybe I’m impatient but in the two months my car was there, I just felt like I wasn’t getting great response time receiving information or updates on my car. Otherwise though, very happy with the end result. I’ll take my car back there for sure."
