"Shawn was very professional, and helpful in getting my oil changed. He's a wonderful and great mechanic.. Shawn is knowledgeable about automobiles. He tells you when your next oil change is due. And they put a sign on the window.. they are pretty fast for such a busy place."

"I asked if they could get me out by 10:45am as I was volunteering for seniors at 11am. The guy who was helping me said, sure no problem. The time was around 9:49amish. Another mechanic tall, thin, older African American man with short hair yells take your car somewhere else. I ask the guy who was helping me, did he just say that and the guy responded yes. Then he yells again and say, “are you going to get your car done or not”. I was blown away and would never patronage a place who lack customer service and professionalism. Maybe he’s having a bad day or woke up on the wrong side of the bed, but he needs to think before he speaks and learn to quiet his inner thoughts. Glady driving away. Thank you to the guy with wore dreads I appreciate you being professional and kind. A business can open and close and this guy should think about that especially during these times. UPDATE- was told at Pep Boys his name is probably John and that he no longer works for them. He lost money for this owner unnecessarily."

"Terrible service. I told the Rep prior to changing my oil that my tire pressure is low. He states that they will correct the tire pressure as it is part of the service. They finish with my car, and I still see that the tire pressure light is on. The guy tells me "you have to drive it first, then the light will go off or else there's something wrong with your Guage. I check the tire pressure myself when I get home, 3 of my tires have a low psi. So I go put air in the tires myself and the light goes off. Makes me question whether or not they even changed my oil."

"Visited the jiffy lube for an oil and filter change. Price was reasonable: $125 for 6 quart of synthetic oil and a new oil filter. Took them 20 minutes, they vacuumed the car and no issues.. Public bath is clean, the wait area and the shop looks pretty clean also."
