"I had originally went to this dealership for an oil change and after the service I decided to add a few more items to be serviced. However the communication between me and the advisor wasn’t all there. I reached out to Chris and Billy about the service I received vs what I expected from this dealership. They listened carefully and to the details and assured me it was going to get done right. To guarantee a smooth experience, Billy, the assistant manager drive to my address and resolved the issues personally. That’s what I call ownership. "I just purchased my new vehicle from this dealership. I am from upstate New York and I found my dream car online. Once I decided that was the one for me, I contacted the dealership about its availability. I was connected with Joel who was both knowledgeable and helpful. When I explained to him that I would be driving 4 hours with intentions of driving that car home, he completely understood the assignment! We were able to get to a great deal quickly and efficiently. And everything was done via phone and email. By the time I got to the dealership the following day, the car was detailed, the paperwork was ready for signatures and I was on the road back home in less than an hour! "I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at BMW Mt. Laurel, and I feel compelled to share my story to warn others about their immoral practices. From their mechanics to their service team, the behavior was nothing short of distasteful. I brought my vehicle back to BMW Mt. Laurel after both rear struts, which I had replaced, failed within a month. The BMW technician then informed me that not only did the rear struts need to be replaced, but the driver's side strut was also completely blown out. They insisted that both struts must be replaced as they are only sold in sets of two, quoting me over $5,000 per strut. This was a red flag since I previously had struts replaced separately at a different BMW location and was never told both needed to be replaced at once. I mentioned that I had a BMW parts and labor warranty on both front struts, as they were fixed within the last two years. I was asked to send over the receipts, which I did upon delivering my vehicle for service. Sixty days passed before I was told to pick up my vehicle. I was informed that the front struts were completely covered and I only needed to pay labor costs for the rear struts. Initially quoted around $900, I was shocked when the final bill was nearly $1,900. After challenging this, they reviewed the phone conversation and reduced the bill to about $1,100. Wanting my car back, I paid and moved on. A week later, I took my car to BMW Main Line for an alignment, mentioning the recent work done at BMW Mt. Laurel. The technician there showed me the front struts, which were clearly not new. In shock, I returned to BMW Mt. Laurel and was given paperwork claiming the work was done, matching the initial receipt. After insisting they recheck, the service manager admitted it appeared only one front strut had been changed, dismissing it as a human error. Keeping my car for 60 days and billing for hours of work just to dismiss this as a mistake is unacceptable. If I hadn't taken my car elsewhere, this "mistake" would have gone unnoticed. I believe this was not a mistake but a deliberate attempt to take advantage of their customers. If this sounds familiar to you, please reach out to me. "VERIFIABLE TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! UNDER CARRIAGE COVER MISSING, TRANSMISSION PORT PLUG MISSING!!!!!???? The mechanic and service advisor treated me like I wasn't the BMW car lover, that I am. They tell me that it came to them like that(?). REALLY.? All my vehicles are in excellent condition and super well kept. I know EVERYTHING about my car(s). NJ, PA, DE, MD, and FL BMW service departments has serviced my car(s) since 2015 to 2024 and counting. VERIFIABLE!! I don't skip services and when I visit shops outside of BMW, I check the car before the lift comes down and also before I drive away ( you have too). Mt. Laurel BMW was rude, condescending , damaging, dishonest and disrespectful. Hopefully this light will make them better at employee selection and customer appreciation."
