"Beware! Go elsewhere! First, they tried to blame a windshield chip on my husband and I. Thankfully, we had a video proving it was there beforehand because it was magically left off the precondition form. Next, they tried to charge us an additional $335 when we had already paid a $395 deposit. The manager had to be called to prove we had already paid and were in fact owed a refund. Then, they tried to charge us for an additional day when we returned the truck right at our reservation end time. I showed them the email showing our return time and they refused and said our email was wrong. Also, the rental truck leaked, and all of our things got wet including a brand new Tempur-Pedic, and absolutely nothing was done about this. We ended up walking out and will call corporate. Update: This office ended up charging my card $335 even though I did not authorize this. Corporate gave us a refund for the incorrect amount we were charged, and I'm in contact with the claims department about our items that got wet. Stay away from this Budget office; they are scammers, and you will have to get corporate involved to be treated correctly."

"Manager Chris helped us switch from a too small SUV to a larger one which saved our trip. Five septuagenarians were crammed into a Toyota Highlander and she was able to give us a larger one in the same class. We travelled in comfort the next five days. Thank you Chris. You were courteous, helpful and professional throughout. You are a credit to your company!"

"Beware of this place. This location is shameful. We prepaid for a standard SUV and received an intermediate one when we came to pick up. We questioned this all evening after pickup but the woman at the location reassured my boyfriend he was picking up the right size car. Upon more research we realized we were totally lied to. We called customer service and they said to call that location. We did when they opened the next morning. But they said no refund until we returned since we prepaid. When we returned we were again given the run around and the horrible woman at the counter tried to convince we we did in fact have the correct car even though the fleet number matched up to an intermediate SUV. Other relevant info: the price difference was about 200$ and we also had prepaid meaning they knew we had no choice but to take a car that day. When it was unavailable rather than doing the right thing, they lied and tried to get one over on us."
