"This place is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve had a Vehicle reserved for the last month. Something told me to call to figure out what the deposit was because I knew that was a thing but this man told me because I’m using a debit card to leave a deposit that I am required to provide a utility bill along with 2 other documents In order to leave a deposit on a debit card… It makes NO sense !!! Not everyone has a CC or utility bill in their name and it’s absolutely ridiculous. I wonder if Enterprise as a company knows that this is something they’re doing or is this some kind of rule that the manager on site made up? I’ll be checking with corporate!! I can potentially miss an important military event because of this!!"
"Was set up for an insurance rental at this location. Insurer booked an intermediate, which is a Hyundai Elantra/VW Jetta or similar. I was given a beat up Hyundai Accent (a compact- one of the cheapest new cars on the market) with about 55,000 miles on it. I asked a few times about getting into a vehicle that’s at least equal to the class I was promised and in better condition- I was told that they’re short on cars, that I wasn’t being downgraded because the Accent was an intermediate (it is not), and essentially said that I’d have to pay extra if I wanted something better. He was also pretty pushy about the extra insurance and upsells, on top of that. I sensed I wasn’t going to get anywhere, so I drove the car a couple of miles to the Marlton location. Fortunately, Marlton took great care of me and switched me into a much better vehicle (without trying to charge me extra, and without me having to put up the slightest argument)."
"The car Enterprise gave me had 4 low tires (less than 30 PSI), had a dead key fob, and smelled like cigarette smoke. They gave it to me running and with the windows open, so there were no alerts and I didn't notice the smell until later in the day. When I got back in the car after it was parked for a while, the low tire alert came on, a dead battery alert was on for the fob, and the car stunk. If time and my schedule had allowed, I would have brought it back. Instead, I put air in the tires, changed the battery in the fob, and drove around for a week with the windows open. I suspect Enterprise's representative gave it to me running and with the windows open because he knew the unacceptable condition of the car."
"I placed an order for a full size vehicle. I pick it up and they tell me they are giving me a free upgrade, a BMW sport coupe. I told them I'm going camping, that's why I needed a full Size car. They said there's plenty of room. I get home, try to put the cot in the trunk and it doesn't fit!! I call them back and they said let me see if I have anything else. They came back and said they don't, but they will call if they get something in. Needless to say. I didn't get a phone call before I had to leave.i had to leave a lot of items home, camping chairs, camping stove, mattress pads, etc. Then on my way home, thank God, my Friend noticed the front passenger tire had a tear in it. She sent a picture to her husband and he said do not drive that car. He is a mechanic and he said they never should have given you a car with the tire in that condition. He said you can see the car was driven against curbs many times. We ended up getting it towed. Got an Uber to an airport because it was on a Sunday and nothing else was open. A 4 hour drive home turned into a 10 hour drive home!! This was completely unacceptable!!"
