He has also been very prompt in helping me post-purchase, and is always proactive/polite in responding to my email questions. So far, my car is also running very well. "Went in or service and asked them to fill the tires during the rotation as all of them were low. They did not fill them. Called them and they said to bring the car back. No way! I asked for a partial refund. “I’ll talk to my manager! They never called! I have bought two cats from them. Disappointed and will not by the new Avenir I was planning on buying last week. They used to be so good."

"Worst experience of my life. Came to pick up my car after being told it was ready and was given a price. Upon arrival the cost was doubled! I inquired about the doubling of cost and the manager Bill stated “don’t know what to tell you ” Bill was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Car accidents are challenging enough, let alone having to deal with awful auto body shops. They didn’t even have the decency to take the markings off that they made on my vehicle and my brake light no longer works. Terrible"

"I came from Downeast Maine to purchase a vehicle from Coleman Buick GMC. The staff was super friendly. I was personally greeted by multiple members of the team while I was there. They thanked me for making the long trek down and and I had nice conversations with everyone I spoke to. They knew I had a long drive home and made everything quick and easy for me. Sergio was my salesman. He was very nice and easy to work with and gave me the little push I needed to put me in my dream vehicle without seeming pushy or aggressive. He made sure to try to get as much of the information from me ahead of time so that it would be quick for me once I was down there. I was out of there in the time he had promised. He even called to follow up a couple of days later to see how I was enjoying my new car.
