"I traded in my car that was not yet paid off for a new vehicle from this dealership. I contacted my bank for the payoff amount and also specifically asked the dealership what would happen if an additional payment was automatically withdrawn from my account before they paid off the note. They assured me that any extra payment would be refunded by my bank. However, after confirming with my bank yesterday that the loan was paid off, they informed me that the dealership had requested an updated payoff amount before making the payment, and my recent payment would not be refunded since it was withdrawn after the car was already sold. I feel blatantly lied to about getting this payment back. While my initial experience at the dealership was satisfactory, this deceitful situation was extremely disappointing, and I won't be returning here for future business."
