"I just purchased my new car from Polestar Princeton and I couldn't be happier! The entire experience was top-notch, thanks to the incredible team there. Alessandro, Matthew, and Xi went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect vehicle and made the buying process seamless. Their expertise, patience, and kindness made me feel valued and supported every step of the way. The team's passion for the brand and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly impressive. The car itself is amazing, but it's the people at Polestar Princeton who make the real difference. If you're in the market for a new vehicle, look no further! I highly recommend this dealership and can't wait to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you for an outstanding experience!"
"Had a good experience with Polestar Princeton (unlike the other Polestar Space in NJ...). Alessandro was a pleasure to work with and quickly got everything sorted - he was responsive and thoughtful throughout the car buying process. Picked up the car at Volvo Cars of Princeton and that went smoothly as well. Thanks all!"
"We had an exhilarating experience at Polestar Princeton. The whole team specially Haley did a fantastic job explaining everything we need to know. The test drive sealed the deal. We ended up buying a pre-owned polestar 2. the process took approximately 2 days from start to finish and I am glad we purchased this EV car. Polestar gives you Two-Year manufacturer warranty plus two years dealership warranty unlimited milage. A special shout out to Z as well who showed my wife and I how to connect our phone to the car and be able to make it a digital key and remotely do a lot of functions on the vehicle. Well done team polestar Princeton for an excellent service. I'm sure we will be sending some friends your way. Regards Amjed and Adeela"
"Excellent experience at Polestar Princeton. I worked with Alessandro who helped me Understand the unique features of the car. After the test drive I knew I needed to have a Polestar for myself. Decided to go with a pre owned 2022 Polestar 2 and I have been having a ton of fun. I also recommend purchasing the performance software update !"
"I would not recommend buying a vehicle here, and doubt I'd recommend anyone buy a Polestar given all the service issues I've had with Polestar corporate (and several of their dealerships) with a vehicle under warranty! In December I bought a CPO from Princeton as an out of state buyer. I agree with you, it's stupid to buy a car sight-unseen. But I wanted to buy while Polestar was still offering low financing & to take advantage of the $1k Costo rebate. This was complicated by the hundreds of former Hertz rentals flooding the market, so when I found one that wasn't a former rental I pulled the trigger, even though it was across the country. Polestar advertises their "buy online" process so I was hoping maybe they'd have ironed out all the issues. With a CPO warranty how bad could it have been? As you can guess, I was terribly mistaken. First, the car was delivered missing items (the keyblade and the driver floor mat were missing), and a large amount of soap has been spilled in the trunk and left there (which cost me $100 to have it cleaned out.) While Princeton did eventually rectify these issues a month later (including sending new all-weather floor mats, so props there) there were other problems. The paint was in rougher shape than photographed, with several gouges in the rear bumper, lightbar, door handle, and large long scratches on the hood. Several internal trim pieces were broken. It was just one thing after another. If I had been local, I would have not bought the car in the condition it was in, but I grin and bore it and considered it the "idiot tax." But the straw that broke the camel's back? After it rained the car would intermittenly leak water in the cabin. After multiple trips to a local authorized dealer (Palo Alto) for service (each time I provided video evidence of the leak in progress), they finally identified the issue. The windshield has been defectively replaced, a new one needs to be installed at $1700 out of pocket because it's not covered by warranty, and that Princeton should cover it but won't. Princeton was supposed to inspect the vehicle as part of the CPO certification process, including inspecting the windshield and for water intrusion... but I'm presently stuck with a leaking car, everyone pointing the finger at someone else, and no one taking responsibility. I escalated to Polestar Corporate weeks ago but have been getting the run around, and despite numerous promises I still cannot get anyone to call me back. Another fun wrinkle, my local dealership doesn't have loaners. Instead they get you a Hertz rental while your car is being serviced. When I dropped the car for service, they claimed they were having an issue with their Hertz billing account and that I'd have to pre-pay for the rental, but that I'd be reimbursed by Polestar. A week later, after telling me I'd have to pay $1700 out of pocket to fix the windshield, they then stuck me with the bill for the rental car "because the service wasn't for a warranty item." While I cannot blame Princeton for the rental car shenanigans (or the multiple service trips to identify a leak that I had literally video'd!), I include it in this review as a stellar example of what you can expect when you get a Polestar serviced. I have also not included in this review the sublime joy of having to take the car in for service to have updates installed because the OTA process didn't work (including the $1,100 software performance upgrade to unlock features your car already has). While all of this is ongoing, this afternoon I get an email from Princeton asking me to give them a review on Google. If you insist... In summary despite the car's specs and glowing reviews, the brand's service is absolutely attrocious even when under warranty and Princeton's quality control is apparently non-existent. Given a do-over, I'd probably buy a Tesla. And I HATE Teslas."
