I told him I was very anxious about having to purchase a new car as I had been hoping to keep my previous Malibu for another year but he had a Malibu with exactly what I wanted and suggested an additional amount I should put towards the down payment to get the monthly payment close to where I wanted it to be. He also knew I was not feeling well from the heat and he provided Gatorade and water to me. The finance fellow was very nice and patient as well."

"I was very unhappy with my recent visit to Reedman Toll. My vehicle which I purchased from Reedman Toll suddenly started making a clicking noise and a warning light came on which said "low oil pressure, turn vehicle off immediately" which we did. Had the car towed to Reedman, I was told by my advisor that it could take up to 3 days to diagnose the problem. I called daily to check on the vehicle (Reedman-Toll never updated me at all) I was told that they were working on it and would get back to me. I called on day 3 and was told that the car could not be started and they had to push it into the shop. I found this ironic-since they had been "working on it" for 3 days during a week that was bitter cold. An hour later I received a call from another advisor, (as my advisor didn't give me the courtesy of calling me himself) and I was told that my engine was seized, replacement would cost me $16,000. and that was the best they could do! I seriously think that during the time my car was in the shop it may have been started several more times leading to the engine seizing. NEVER will I purchase another car from Reedman-Toll. I feel that I was treated badly, lied to and taken advantage of. If this is how a customer who has purchased several vehicles from this dealership is treated--how are first time buyers treated. The only person who treated my respectfully was the lady who called to offer me a small trade in on my undriveable vehicle to be used towards another from the dealership. Nobody else reached out and I was forced to pay for the diagnosis which as I said before was poorly taken care of."
