"The Langhorne office is always very professional and courteous with respect to pick-up, drop-off, and any other assistance needed. Our last trip was 7/31 - 8/4 and I had requested an Audi A3 and as a result of coming a few hours earlier for pickup, I was provided a Jeep Wagoneer. Waiting for Hope and her team to responded to my inquiry about the 3 extra hours that were charged. I'm sure she'll respond shortly!"

"I had reserved a mini van from another Enterprise facility and the day before I was leaving they had called to tell me that the van had issues and were not able to rent me the van. I called all over and could not find another van to rent. I finally went to the Langhorne Enterprise and I met Sean Kerchak. He was a tremendous help in getting me into something that work for my family so we could pack and start our vacation. So thanks to Sean we made it down the shore and back without any issues. "They’ve good cars but used very badly, before you take one rented, make sure you check everything because some of them make so much noise-vibrations! I’ve flat tired and weird noise so try to change car but other locations giving me hard time to exchanged so I got air filler from Walmart and used it until I come back to primary location. Waiting time longer. They should take out bad car!!"

"It turned into a 10+ day rental on a collision claim for a 17 year old car. Finding parts was a challenge . My only compliant was I had to add a quart of oil to the vehicle, 5 ounces of brake fluid, a gallon of windshield washer fluid and inflate the tire to mfg. spec 35 PSI that I was not reimbursed for. I could care less if the vehicle was washed and vacuumed prior to my taking delivery. Please check the mechanicals and the fluids first, even if the client has to wait longer. Thay is much more important than aesthetics"
