"Firestone at this location has always had great service and been very competitive with pricing. I’ve dealt with Steve multiple times in the past and he is always very helpful as was the case this time out. Although the shop appeared to be shorthanded he was keeping things afloat paying attention to details and doing his best to address everything I needed. He is a big part of why I keep coming back."
"Always a good place to go when you get in a jam and need basic quick services and repairs. Staff is friendly and they do good professional work."
"This is a honest place to get tires and other minor repairs. A friend who owns a car dealership recommends them and sends everyone to them. Fair pricing and good service."
"At time of inspection we were told that our Kia needed new brakes and rotors to pass inspection, which is a costly repair. Approximately 2 weeks later we had a second vehicle that was due for inspection. It failed to pass for the exact reason, again a costly repair. At less than 11,000. Miles our Kia is making terrible braking noise. Fortunately the parts were under warranty. Therefore, Firestone replaces parts, brakes I believe. A couple months later the second vehicle begins to make the exact terrible braking noise with only 8,000 miles on the rotors and brakes. We were told by the service department they haven't seen anything like this situation. However the parts were just outside the warranty and it would cost some $600 dollars to replace. Of course we found this unacceptable considering both vehicles had the same repair to pass inspection within 2 weeks of each other and both car repairs fail to last but a fraction of the expected amount of time. To our knowledge rotors should be good for between 50,000 to 70,000 miles. After some deserved pushback Firestone agreed to replace the rotors on the second vehicle. We paid the $180 labor costs. Our Kia has begun to make the same braking noises yet again. We believe Firestone installed defective products (rotors) on both of our vehicles. It is doubtful that we will trust Firestone to repair any of our vehicles in the future. Personally I don't like sharing this review. But at the high price of car repairs other should read our experience."
"In 2020, I had rusted out brake lines in a 2006 Sprinter. I paid a premium to have ALL the brake lines replaced. They ONLY replaced the rusted out sections even though the promise was to change them from the ABS module all the way out to the calipers at the wheels. I had the work done and then had to travel to the West Coast and returned in 2022 to pickup the vehicle and bring it out West where I had moved. When I looked the vehicle over, I noticed that Firestone had only changed out the worst sections of the brake lines and left a large portion existing there - which is STILL rusted. They claimed (in 2022) that it must have rusted since 2020 but that's completely false as the splices they made are obvious and the vehicle sat in a temperature controlled garage for 2 years. Absolute LIARS and manipulators at this Firestone. They refused to complete the work that they promised and that they claimed they performed. The photo with this review is a section of the brake lines that they say they replaced (just after the ABS module). They most certainly did NOT change the lines there as promised and that certainly did NOT occur in less than two years with brand new lines - not being driven and in a temp controlled garage. Absolutely ridiculous and I do NOT recommend this shop to anyone."
