"We brought my son here on a Friday evening to purchase his 1st car. He’s 20 years old and works hard and worked even harder building his credit. He came in and in less than 30 minutes after sitting with Bruno, was approved for a truck he liked. With him being a first time buyer, he felt rushed and pressured to sign for the truck with 5 minutes to closing. He said he would like the night to think it over. He called Bruno early Saturday morning and said he wants to purchase the truck but because of his work schedule, would be unable to get there until 4. Even I talked to the salesman and said we got the $6K deposit, we have the proof of insurance, etc. We then get a call around 1:30 stating someone is looking at the truck. We begged and pleaded if there was anyway we could pay something over the phone to hold the truck and they said because it’s a truck there’s no holds and payments can’t be taken over the phone. My son told his job there was an emergency and left and drove straight to the dealership to try to make sure the truck wasn’t sold (even though the salesman told us it didn’t look good for the other person interested and the credit didn’t look promising). When my son got there (1/2 hour after Bruno told him this was happening) the car was sold 5 minutes before he arrived. I’m not saying the dealership did anything wrong but they had my sons credit and loan approval, knew he was coming in to purchase the truck, and still did that to him which devastated him and now his credit was hit for nothing. It just left a sour taste in our mouths and they obviously don’t care about their customers….just making a sale. And the salesman didn’t even say sorry, just “I told you this could happen.” I just don’t think it seemed fair but policy is policy but we won’t be going back to a place that doesn’t give two $hits about their potential customers."
"Recently purchased a 2021 Mustang, Im pretty sure a facebook marketplace deal would’ve been more professional. First car that I looked at was great, everything seemed alright and we get ready to start the paperwork, and only then was it mentioned that serious transmission work was needed and the car would need to sit at the dealer for at least a week before I could pick it up, I had mentioned I was leaving town the next day… couldn’t have said that sooner? Second car, ending up buying this one, sales was more interested in dealer-add ons and finding any way to add a few dollars to the sale price. Our rep went through their entire pitch and negotiations before my dad and I had to ask about some small things such as “what’s the monthly payment and interest rate?” Wasn’t mentioned by anyone until we had to ASK. For the car itself, the technician (if you can call them that) didn’t look over this car clearly. The oil needed to be changed and was low, the tires were at various pressure levels (50 on passenger front, 30 on passenger rear). I would’ve expected at least these items to be taken care of. Overall, I spent over 4 hours here when it was mentioned time was of the essence, filled with mind-numbing frustration and moments that felt like pulling teeth, would not, and will not buy another vehicle here. At least the complimentary water was cold. EDIT: Purchased March 9th - Ford Mustang High Performance in Antimatter Blue (shown behind trade-in, in your lot, across from the Honda Dealer you're located at). Thank you for reinforcing why I won't be returning."
