"Would not recommend at all. My 78 year old mother was just charged $600 for a new battery, no other work done but the replacement . She has been a customer with Reedman’s for 40 years and this is how they take care of their loyal customers. Pretty disgraceful to say the least. I’ve never in my life heard of a battery replacement cost that much!"

"*Update* I called the number provided by Reedman, which directed me to the service center. I had already spoken to them many times and was told today there is no estimate on completion. I recently purchased a brand new 2024 vehicle from Reedman, and unfortunately, it has turned out to be a complete lemon. Barely a month after driving it off the lot, I started experiencing numerous problems. The vehicle had to be towed back to Reedman, where I was informed that there's a shortage of hybrid mechanics, causing a significant delay in repairs. After weeks of waiting, they claimed to have fixed the issue and returned the car to me. However, on the same day, more issues surfaced, and the car had to be taken back to the dealership yet again. It's been sitting there for an extended period now (38 days), with no end in sight. I strongly advise against purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. If you do, be prepared for lengthy service times and the possibility of not having your car returned to you for weeks on end."
