Came into the dealership on a whim after having my car totaled and was met by the friendliest staff and pristine showroom (complete with car elevator). Rob was beyond helpful and accommodating with my 4+ hours of test drives and going back and forth. Blaze in financing was also helpful, personable, and honest. He was arguing on my behalf against banks for 3 hours to get a better deal. Dedicated and beyond friendly, welcoming, genuine; the whole place. "After visiting multiple different Dealerships and reading reviews after review online we finally found Faulkner Mazda. Truly a professional Dealership that cares about customer service and customer satisfaction. I had the pleasure of working with Angela, their Product Specialist, and she really was a specialist. We found and fell in love with a certified used vehicle. Unfortunately there were some minor cosmetic damages to the paint. This is where Pat "Irish" stepped in and sealed the deal. We were going to walk away but Pat, the Sales Manager, said that he had us covered and he 100% did. He sent the car to his body guy to be restored and after an incredibly quick turn around time the scratches were no longer visible and they had the paint looking like new! After we sealed the deal and began the finance portion I knew we were in good hands with Jordan and Blaze. I might not buy a car every day and am not familiar with the process but the two gentlemen certainly were! We walked out with a CX9 and couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of Faulkner Mazda. Customer service doesn't exist like it use to but Faulkner clearly cares about their customer satisfaction.
