"Worst customer service ever! After ordering almost $2000 worth of parts and only part of it coming in, I contacted this company three times. Every time I call them, they gave me the same story that they would check with the delivery company and get back to me, ironically, this never happened. It’s very hard for small businesses to stay afloat nowadays, and you would think they would treat their customers better than this. All I asked for was them to investigate where my parts were, that I paid for and didn’t receive. They couldn’t take the time to even respond to me ,Very sad."

"My father and I have purchased 6k plus worth of parts from this company over the last 4 years. Customer service and communication was average during the "pandemic" and obviously we understand extended delivery times. We both have our own accounts. Placed a $1600 order for an Anderson Composites carbon fiber spoiler 2 weeks ago to be delivered on Monday. Called on Tuesday just to get a tracking number and estimate on delivery date so someone could be there to pick them up.After 30 minutes they came back and said that they would not ship us the order as we had disputed/reversed the charges for 2 items from 2021. Ordered a chin spoiler and license plate frame from them, showed up 2+ months late broken. The chin spoiler was 6 ft long and didn't even come in a box, only wrapped in shrink wrap!. Went through their process and sent pictures, followed up a week later and said they did not receive pictures, sent again....no further follow up from them. I still have emails and pictures that were sent with no further follow up from CJ AND no call to discuss the issue after placing the current order. Actually said to pay them $1100 for disputed charge back then they would process current order. NOT a fan of their customer service and would NOT reccomend using them after seeing the huge number of negative reviews!!! Also I did leave my contact info and phone number for someone to call me to further discuss this, not heard back...."

"Ordered a set of belt moldings for my ttop car . They have very fragile ends and bend super easily. On the first set that came in the box was way to big and all the ends were folded over on the belt molding and destroyed due to bouncing around in the box. I called to make a claim with CJ and they blamed FED EX for their shipping and said theyll ship them out again . I had asked if they could reinforce the ends when shipping this time and told them the box was too big . Second set comes in, same exact damages and same exact box. Like come on I asked for better shipping. Now I'm on a third set send out to me . I specifically asked for extra wrap or support on all the ends of the belt moldings please. I pleaded for help to get me these undamaged . The 3rd set comes in and same exact box and damages to the moldings. I had enough and lost all hope with them , I specifically asked to help me get this order to me without damage! Nobody listens or cares over there . I requested the refunds and ordered from LMR and received wrapped up ends , extra supports and in a small tube that they fit in perfectly !!! Guess what first shot with them. CJPONY understand this review. Disappointed!!!"
