"My son and I stopped by this place to get his tire fixed today. I gave this place 2 stars because of the bad customer service. When you feel like you should have given another place your money instead of where you actually went is when you know the customer service is bad. As soon as we arrived the guy was very dismissive and short. It takes 15 minutes to change a tire. I asked how long and he said an hour, so my son and I walked home just for him to call me right back to come back and get the vehicle. We were not offered to sit in the waiting room before we left. We felt more like we were getting on the guys nerve. I would never take a car here again even if I was riding on the rim. Customer service is 50% of your business."
