"Awful experience. I asked a few questions about a couple of different items and didn't get an answer. I decided to purchase one of the items and proceeded to ask for my military discount and was ganged up on by the cashier and manager asking for my id at the exact same moment. It's hard to believe I was treated so shamefully. Instead of appreciation for my service, I was shamed for asking. The discount would've been about 60 cents. Imagine worrying about losing pennies to gain and keep a valued customer. I definitely will not be returning anytime soon. Have a Blessed day..... Update to my already 0 star review 12/23: Came in six weeks ago with another defective car battery and it was exchanged after it went bad after only 2 weeks. Came back 3 weeks later and had another defective battery. They refused to exchange my battery after only lasting 3 weeks. They said it's out of warranty! Can you imagine having to exchange two batteries in less than 6 weeks and then be told, we're not giving you another one for free! This is the worst customer service I've ever had at a retail auto parts store. Without hesitation, I 100% do-not recommend this or any AutoZone store to anyone. They do-not respect the US Military....."
