"This property is well maintained. Trash bins emptied often, debris on ground swept often to minimize risk of airborne dust/contaminates, friendly helpful staff, and it's rare that the wash equipment or coin machine fails. Occasionally, like all car washes or any other business for that matter, if any of the equipment fails the staff has never hesitated to resolve the issue at hand and/or provide a refund. Management seems to lead his team by example, and it clearly shows. Thanks, guys"
"I am a member and this review is for all locations. YOUR VACUUMS ARE AWFUL. I feel betrayed. These new nozzles are total junk. They’re hard to manipulate and they pop off the hoses. But the suction is ridiculously bad. I was at the Bushkill St location two days ago and I moved My car to three Spaces, none had a vacuum that could pick up a pretzel salt. I had to use the pay vacuum. Seriously. Please do something about the vacuums. The Palmer and the one on 248 Are no better."
