"Their service department is the worst. Scheduled an appointment on 8/5 to bring my car in on 8/12 to have a coolant leak looked at. It was not until Thursday, 8/15, that I was told that I needed a new engine since coolant leaked into the cylinder. The guy said a spark plug burned off. I asked how this happened and the service rep just said, "it just happens with old cars." I asked for them to send me a picture to prove it to me, and the guy said that they would have to take the car apart. Took it to a local place for a second opinion, and the leak was so small, they could not find where it came from. This place will make you wait for a long time and they will screw you over any chance they get."

"Bought three cars from them over the course of a year. Jason Dora is a fantastic salesperson, would buy from him again in a heartbeat. But the service department is a mess. Went in for express oil change and waited 2 1/2 hours and when I went to check the oil change still hadn't been done. I left. No one contacted me to apologize or make it right. Emails to management about it go unanswered. Plan on maintaining your vehicles elsewhere. Edit: John Johnson himself contacted me and arranged for me to come back and everything went perfectly. They made everything right! Got in and out quickly and work was perfect. Thanks"
