"I held a birthday party for my child of 40 people. The staff is amazing no issues there. These are the following details: The Platinum package is not an upgrade. The private jump section does not have anything special so your jumpers will venture out. Hence making the exclusivity moot. There is no "special gift" and i didn't get most things on there listed as "upgrades". If you MUST party here, get the lowest package. I paid forty five per extra child for an experience no different than if i would've chosen the generic package for about 30 per child. The food is outsourced and is expensive. Not enough space for parents or space for guests to sit. You only have forty minutes so it is the most rushed party I have ever held; less than 10 mins to eat, sing, take pics. The food was three hundred dollars but not enough time given to eat. Staff was throwing out food served because my 5 year old guests didn't get to it on time. The price is not the issue, its what is offered for the price. A one thousand dollar party should not be experienced that way. Good luck everyone. Make better choices than me."

"Attended a birthday and brought my other kids, otherwise would probably not have brought them along-- spent $110 on 3 tickets and 3 socks for 1.5hr-- kids got bored after 30min. Have gone for years to Urban Air and HIGHLY recommend the South Hackensack location, instead. Price at Sky zone is significantly more expensive for kids tickets, they charge the same for toddlers, they charge same price for Adults. Sky zone is 1/3 the size of Urban air. Socks are DOUBLE the price at Sky zone. They barely have food service. Sorry NOT worth it."

"I’m done with this place. During the last two visits there have been issues with my gift card. The first time I was told the gift card reader wasn’t working. During our second visit, I was told the gift card had expired after a year (but the gift card was purchased less than a year ago in December of 2022). I had the receipt to prove it and was told that they have a new system and it’s doesn’t accept this type of gift card anymore! So basically the card is now worthless and I just lost all the money left on the card?! Makes no sense at all and it’s completely unfair. But wait, they will make things better by only charging me a discounted admission fee. Terrible costumer service and their prices are outrageous"

"Seemed a bit small to me, but the grandson had a blast. They were a bit short handed for employees, but we are in times where not many people want to work."
