"I had one storage unit for 4 years and another for 4 months, and as we moved out of them both we found our unit that we had for 4 years had rat droppings everywhere and our things had been damaged by the rats; boxes and plastic containers were chewed through and my stored clothes and Christmas and other personal items were ruined with rat urine and feces and they also chewed the electrical cord to my Christmas tree and power base for my adjustable bed… I did send pics of the rat droppings we cleaned up as we moved out and got no response from them other than they closed out my rental. They did not address the situation at all. So, be very careful if you decide to use their units; do not store anything you don’t want possibly damaged."
