"Nice park to go and take a walk or have a picnic"
"We love coming here to walk, although the raised path is beginning to fall apart and has holes in places. But it’s near the train tracks and my son and I love to watch the trains go by."
"Small, quiet, nice park. There's not much to see, but it's good for taking a break or walking. The wooden bridge looks like it needs repair."
"The board walk still has a few boards that are rotten with holes, and whoever was replacing the rotten ones, were just throwing them right off the side of the boardwalk, leaving the "natural nature" scenery, look trashy. Also, desperately needing security lights up. At 7pm, you couldn't see most of the trail OR the paved sidewalk. Several safety concerns that needs immediate attention for the safety of our community. I hope these issues are being resolved, but I'm not sure. As of right now though, boardwalk isn't safe, and the entire place isn't safe for women and children after dark."
"The park is very peaceful and beautiful. You'll get a train every now and then that you get to watch with amazement. But from a personal standing since I have kids. It would be nice to have a play area for kids if they dont want to walk the trail, sit under the gazebo or at the picnic tables."
