"We've been supporting this company since it opened and frequent numerous locations however today at this location the pretzel we got was not fresh. It must have either been from the night before or first batch in the morning. The employees we're very nice and I felt bad so we just accepted the stale pretzel and left."

"I purchased a Cinnaminson pretzel for $3.25. The pretzel must have been sitting around for awhile. 5 minutes after I purchased the pretzel it was not a soft pretzel any longer it was stale/hard and not worth eating."

"This is my actually my first time stopping by this location ever since I moved to the area for more than 5yrs. There are no seatings inside nor outside when I was there. Although I do remember during the summer time, I believe the do have 2 small tables outside. Not sure if they still has that set up now. Shop was very clean. The staffs were very nice! I went in to see if I can grab a kids size Mini Melt for my 5yo before we head to the kid’s indoor playground that’s two shops down. This might be one of my other quick snack stop with my kids now."

"I stop at this establishment every week never a problem. Until today 9/10. The young took my order and ask if there would be anything else. My reply was a gesture to the dips. The other girl looked at me and looked ate as if I was going to pilfer a dip. Even, after I paid for 5/$3.50 +$0 75 walked over a put something in the drawer. I can't run/ or walk due ankle issues & some have seen me struggle to walk. I felt uncomfortable given this interaction. Not every one lifts product! I need to find a different place...."

"First time there. Pleasant young lady served me early this morning. Bright and clean store inside. Better price than competitors, and since it is National Hot Dog Day, I was offered a free pretzel dog. How nice! I’ll be back."
