"Cold beer, free peanuts, interesting and lovely bartender, but where are the bikers? Hoping the place will be hopping upon my next visit!"
"Stopped in last night when I saw they had reopened, the bartender was very nice and the inside looks great. Will definitely be a good spot in the neighborhood."
"Kool little spot in Port Richmond. I only gave it three stars because people are allowed to smoke in there. Other than that I would give it five. If you don't like cigarette smoke it's not the place for you."
"A true working mans bar. The staff was super friendly and the place has a lot of character."
"A gross, sexist place. My friends and I have been here a few times because it's nearby, but never again after our treatment last night. A group of friends, mostly female, and I came by for a drink with our friend who was there celebrating their birthday. They got weird vibes from the bouncer/owner Brendon(?) when he checked their IDs, but whatever. He chatted with them a bit with a flirty demeanor which they didn't really return, but were friendly about it. After a couple minutes he came back to them and asked them for their IDs again for some reason. They said they'd already been checked, and he asked who did it, seemingly forgetting that he did literally not five minutes prior? After a few minutes more where we were chatting with the birthday girl before getting settled and ordering drinks, the guy got very aggressive and said if we weren't going to order drinks, we had to leave. We hadn't been there for ten minutes yet. He didn't even give my friends a chance. We're just regular Fishtown people, we weren't being obnoxious, just hanging out, and he gave a strong impression that he was specifically targeting my female friends. It was weird, rude, and unfair. We won't be going back. A cursory look at their Instagram gives further evidence to the sexism, by the way. Almost every picture objectifies women."
