"Ignored for an eternity at the register while an army of employees helped two customers that arrived after me. An employee finally acknowledged me asking if that was all that I was getting (the premade cookie sandwiches from the freezer) and I said yes. He said he would get me after the customers he was helping. He finished ringing them up and walked away…. Another person asked me if that was all I was getting and finally rang me up. Unbelievably laughable customer service."

"Our family loves their ice cream!! My daughter loves coming here because she likes to watch them mix the ice cream on the frozen block. The workers are all very friendly. My favorite is the apple a la mode. It tastes Iike apple pie and vanilla ice cream. My son always gets cookies overload. They really have good ice cream."

"The service at this location is horrible. It is the second time I've been a customer at this location and received horrible service. We entered the store 10 min before closing and no one greeted us nor paid us attention until 9:30 PM. At 9:31 PM one employee looked at me and said we cannot mix anything for you. I told her we were here before closing and would like to get serviced. We asked for founders favorite and than a second employee (male) proceeded to get my order and take my ice cream mix to the back. When he came back out with the Ice-cream nothing was mixed in. I thought I was going to be served a mixed founder’s favorite. Unfortunately I paid for Ice-cream but it was horrible."
