"This place is horrible closed the stores 2 hours before they were supposed to for no reason and they are sitting in the back on their phones when there were 3 other Customers waiting outside wondering what was wrong"

"I USED to go out of my way to avoid this store due to a horrible manager and employees. However, summer of 2024, because of Jake and Brendan, I go out of my way to recommend this store. I had way to many bad experiences here 2023 and before. Now, this is the best Gamestop I have ever been to. Both Brendan and Jake are great and NOT jerks. Highly recommended!"

"Horrible experience today at 2:00. Went in asked the greasy haired guy at the counter for help and im not sure if he was having a bad day or was just lazy, but i asked if they had an accessory for an item i had and he got such an attitude. He pointed at the wall and said they are over there. I asked him for a little assistance since ive been in the store before and the item i was refered did not work/fit. He proceeds to scoff and without moving an inch he angrily respond by saying they all fit and proceeded too look like he hated working there He seemed like he didnt want to be there let alone help someone who walked in. I will apply for his position since i know even on my worst days i wone give horrible service like that."

"Its so frustrating that I can’t get a hold anyone at this company. I emailed on Christmas Eve, no response yet even though I’ve gotten marketing emails. Sat on hold for 21 minutes to no answer. I then called local store and no one answers then Im hung up on. I placed an order online and come to find out when my nephew opened his Christmas present, there was no game in the case. So disappointing and embarrassing. How can I get what I ordered asap??? And just an update… It’s now March 19th and I still have no resolve to this. No one even bothers to respond to my messages anymore."
