"Came in today to get some keys made and Nate assisted me immediately. Such a warm and friendly guy! One of the keys needed to be manually made so he called Rick over to make a copy of a much more complicated key. I have to give it to Rick for being so knowledgeable at this because it seemed to be a very intricate process as I, along with other customers, watched him make a copy of a key manually using an old-fashioned key maker. Rick was also very helpful and definitely cheerful. Made my day especially since I just lost my dog of 16 1/2 years just a couple of days ago. Staff like Rick and Nate makes things just a lot better. Thank you!"

"chris helped me purchase and program my replacement fob key. was told that it would take several weeks to come in and it was in the next week! saved over $100 by not going to the dealer to get replacement fob for my push start suv. He had to use the machine and program my car and he did it patiently. There are a lot of steps and he got it done!"
