"Definitely stay away from this company!! bought 2 cummins generators from these people. Spent $25,000 to add these unit to two different house. Neither unit has ever worked correctly. Call them numerous times to fix them and they work for about a week then they stop! I’ve needed these generators 4 times and they have only worked once. You would think someone in that company would give a crap but apparently now I’m not getting anyone to call me back. So I’ve had to call Cummins service out of Saint Louis. Hopefully they will be able to help. My advise to Reinhold electric is, stop selling generators you can’t install correctly!!!"
