"Total scammers. Do not do business with these people. Check out some of the “good reviews”. You’ll see these people at the same time gave reviews to other locksmiths (who I can assume, with good reason) are in cahoots with each other. These are fake reviews. Be aware of the red flags. When someone wants to argue after explaining that the $600 quote to replace my daughters car key was absolutely not acceptable and that we have to pass on his offer, starts to try and convince me that “no other company will be able to do the job”. This man Got very rude and wanted to know who it was that we got a quote from that was over half of what he quoted. That’s none of his business. He shows up complaining how tired he is and then as he’s explaining to my daughter (all the lies on what he’s gonna have to do in order to replace her key) he used nasty foul language. That right there was another disrespectful red flag. She didn’t feel comfortable going back out to tell him we decline his offer and will get service elsewhere because he gave her the creeps. I went out and flat out bluntly said sorry we will not need your service. This man had an evil look in his eye and wanted to argue and argue. I said, there is no negotiation or argument because we do not want his services. He was so rude and then stayed parked out in the apartment complex parking lot for 15 mins or so. Total scammers!!"

"We just had them come out to unlock our car and charged us $180. My husband had to help him. He couldn't even do it on his own. Definitely not priced right for a 20 minute job that he needed assistance with."

"My wife called the company while I was out of town to open a locked door in the garage. The tech that came onsite convinced her that the door needed to be drilled out and said he could not open it any other way. He then installed a new door ***** backwards. The door will not even shut. He left it like that and my home open to security risks. He charged my wife $330 for the service. I called the business and spoke with "Dan". He would not give his full details. Once I explained that I would like at least a partial refund, he stated that they would not come out and fix it, and would not refund any of the money. He actually asked me why I didn't fix it in the first place and that I can fix it now. Very rude and un-business-like. Full refund of $330 as I have to repair what they broke. #crooks #bbb"
