"I booked an appointment in the morning, dropped off my car and they replaced my tires no problem. They kept me updated via phone in the afternoon saying the tires were changed but they needed to do an alignment and their guy who does alignments wouldn't be back in until the following morning. The person on the phone with me left a note for the alignment to be complete and sure enough, first thing the following morning they called me before I had a chance to call them and notified me everything was complete. Smooth, easy, painless process. Everyone was nice and answered all my questions."
