After work started and the estimate had to (understandably) change, they explained exactly why\how and by how much. "Most of my experience was with Amber at the front desk, and she was amazing! Anyone else I encountered was very polite and efficient in their work. My car was in the shop for about a month, but they kept in contact with not just me, but my insurance throughout to ensure that I was updated every time something happened. They were even able to get my car done earlier due to some scheduling conflicts despite me insisting it was ok if it was not done in time. I would recommend them to anyone, I always felt so welcomed and there was never a moment where I was confused in the whole experience. They were fantastic!"
