"I scheduled an alignment. When entering the gentleman had an immediate attitude because they were behind because their staff did not show up. I offered to come next week but he assured me he would get me in. I dropped off at 11a for an alignment and tire rotation. I advised there was a nail in my tire and if they could plug it it would be great as it was in an easy spot to plug. I advised him do not touch the nail or tire if cannot replace. At 430 they call to say they couldn’t plug the tire but they did pull out nail so I could buy an expensive tire from them (how convenient ). I then asked when I would have car back to which they said next day. They hadn’t even done the alignment or tire rotation. I believe they did this to sell me a tire and get out earlier. I had them put the nail back in and left. Went up to discount tire who not only fixed the spot but did it for free!"

"Carx had very good deals. Sam got my car a day before scheduled. Which was awesome! Sam was very nice and entertaining. Had to get 4 new tires and oil change which was they did in a timely matter. Recommended them highly!!"

"I had a wheel alignment done on my truck at the CarX in Arnold, MO. I went there because I had a coupon. I had never had work done at this company, but when I got there I noticed they had large potholes filled with water in the area outside of their bay doors. The parking lot is very small so I had to navigate around them to keep from falling in them and getting my truck dirty (I had just washed it). The technician took my truck for a test drive before and after the wheel alignment, but did not try to avoid the potholes and just splashed right through them throwing dirty water all over the side of my clean white truck. He also got grease on the outside of my door where he had shut the door. While the quality of the work was good, I think the company could invest a little in improving their very small parking lot by filling in the potholes and also teach their technicians to be more respectful of other people’s vehicles."
