"They installed a bathroom faucet that they didn’t tighten up when they were done. After they left I had water everywhere in my new bathroom vanity. Also had them come to install a new drain and my bathtub. I was told it was going to be a costly job that required holes in my floor or walls. My husband had no problem removing old drain and installing new drain. I called and was told I would be issued a refund and still haven’t received it after 3 calls. It’s been over 2 weeks since I was told the check would go into the mail the next day."
"Our business used Bob Raeker Plumbing to test our backflow system in July. They have not followed through with the County and it is now February. When we approached them about this issue they were non responsive and irate on the phone. The County has called them and they responded that they did not do the task. We have the back up (invoice, cashed check). This is not acceptable."
"Rob was recommended by my realtor for a water heater repair/possible installation of a new one. After working with Rob, from Monday-Friday, he let me know, after telling me he was working on my time sensitive quote, that he would not be offering me a bid because I spoke too directly to his staff. Between my appointment on Wednesday and Friday, I placed 10+ calls and an email to try to get an estimated time for my quote. Each time I was lead on to believe, by Rob, that he would have it done. He didn’t return emails, phone calls, or voicemails and in fact, never once updated us on the process or delays along the way. Poor communication, customer service, and time management will allow my family and friends to never use this company again."
"They installed 2 sinks in a my companies women's restroom and damaged the vanity top at both sink locations and refused to make good on the damage. They made a huge profit as they charged me $920 and I provided all parts expect the water shutoffs and it took then less than one and half hours to do the work and still they refused to make good. I would not recommend you use this company."
"I would advise against giving Bob Raeker Plumbing Co your business. A few weeks ago, I called them to arrange getting an estimate for a new water heater. First, the person I spoke to on the phone was rude. Second, they only go to homes to give estimates one weekday morning each week, which is inconvenient. Third, after their representative came out to look at my water heater, I waited many days to receive the email estimate. I finally called them, and spoke with the same guy who came to my home. He said I would have the estimate by the beginning of the next week. The beginning of the next week came and went, and still nothing. Thus, I went to their website and submitted an inquiry there. I still have yet to hear anything, much less receive an estimate, and this was all a few weeks ago. I have obviously decided on another company, and just wanted to warn you to save you some time and frustration. I'm not usually one to post bad reviews, but I too often see good customer service being a lost art."
