"Called ahead to confirm they could service a tire change for non-Harley bike. Mechanic confirmed this. Took my rim and new tire in and returned with a ripped tire. The "fair offer" I was given was only going to be half the cost of the tire ($100) when the tire cost $209 and a "free" tire change. So all in all the "total value" of the "fair offer" was $145. Mechanic boasted about being in business for 60 years as well. CANNOT recommend taking your bike in for a simple tire change. A "fair" deal would have been to admit to the mistake of destroying the tire, purchase the same tire, and changed said tire without the customer having to fork up and "meet you halfway". I've never been to a shop where a mistake from an employee that destroys customer's property is the customer's fault nor have I been told that I have to pay for an employees mistake. I would have happily went somewhere else if the mechanic stated to me that they were not knowledgable enough to change a sports bike tire. I assumed (since it's in the business name "Cycle Service" that the employees were trained on changing any motorcycle tire)."

"I have been taking all my 95 Harley Dyna Convertible routine maintenance, tires, etc here since buying the ride during 2009. In 2013 I rear ended a bus. I was not hurt bad and the bike had about $3000 damage but was definitely fixable. I took my insurance estimate in and was told it could be repaired for that amount. I picked it up today and found it to be in better shape than before the crash including the custom paint job on the front fender that had to be replaced. I am totally satisfied and impressed with this business and will continue taking my business there. A great mechanic who is willing to talk friendly with you about everything having to do with motorcycles is hard to find."
