"Avoid the Girl doesn’t “LIKE MEN” when you are at the ingate. AVOID AT ALL COST! Very rude and if you say anything she doesn’t like she will refuse to check you in. Don’t even say hello. Pretty ridiculous. If you don’t like your job or the people you come in contact with then get another one. I’ve also been told by a female driver that she spoke to her on how she really feels about the men who come here to do their job. This use to be a friendly place. You literally see the same drivers everyday."
"This place needs extra crane operators very badly. The wait times are 2 hours or more to get a container lifted or mounted. The crane operators deliberately ignore the waiting drivers just to load trains. I hate when my dispatcher sends me to this hell hole. This place needs to be shut down!"
"When is NS management going to deal with this?"
"Slowest rail yard in the area. And this guy is the worst when it comes down to checking in. There's traffic in the lanes whenever he's working. Come with plenty of food and drinks because once you pass this guy get ready to wait another 2-3 hours just to get a box put on or taken off. Place is a damn joke. I gave them 1 star because of their app. Otherwise it's a 0"
"As a driver it as very frustrating to sit and wait to have your container lifted off... we have had waits up to 4 hours. It is supposed to be quick if you have the N&S app.. doesn't happen.. very stressful having to wait most visits"
