"I was having trouble with the website and needed to place a big order for pickup later that day. I called the store, and placed the order for pickup at 4:45. We walked in a little before and they were cutting the last pizza. Everything was fresh, hot, and ready."

"My food was far from good. When I called to complain they said there was nothing they could do. What is the world come to. Can't even get a decent pizza. This is supposed to be the big dinner box which is supposed to be 8 slices and both pizzas are missing 2 slices. It is supposed to fill the box all the way back."

"Driver left our food on the sidewalk and didn't knock at all. We found the food 2 hours later after we'd called them to say we hadn't received our order. The driver said he'd delivered it to "some guy" so we figured he went to the wrong door and someone accepted it. They credited our account but wouldn't remake the order for delivery because they wouldn't have a driver anymore. So we left our house, still hungry, to run a quick errand and on the way back by the front of our home THERE OUR ORDER WAS. Not in the hands of "some guy" but on the sidewalk on the wrong side of our building, covered in ants! We order from here several times a month and we've tried to go easy when things go wrong because they've been very short staffed but something has gone wrong with the past 3 orders. They've not even been nice about helping us when they made a mistake. Won't be dealing with this one again and I don't usually do reviews or anything like that."
