"Ordered delivery due to being at cancer center. 2 roast beef sandwiches with cheese. Beef was so dry and did not have au juos which should have been included. Had to call driver to find out what building he delivered to because he left food at front desk and left. I'm guessing he assumed since we weren't right there at that moment and we paid by card he wasn't getting tipped. If he would have waited for my friend to get to desk, he would have been tipped nicely. He wasn't very nice when I called to see where our food was and basically made me feel stupid for asking. I'll be at center for a bit longer but won't be ordering Imos."
"Would give 10 stars!! This place is very good, and Tim was very nice to accept our order even though they were closing soon. And he was very generous with the military discount!! We were from out of town, and our friends told us about this place, and it was a very good recommendation!!"
