Detox Yoga Winghaven

"I love yoga but had been very hesitant to try warm/hot yoga because I don’t do well with heat. One day, I saw this cute little studio called Detox Yoga and thought I’d try one of their non-heated classes. It was great and everyone was friendly, I knew I wanted to come back. The next day, I decided to try a warm class without any commitment, and to my surprise, I loved it…and have been going for the last year!"

"Before this month if anyone would have asked me to do hot yoga I would have graciously declined but I decided to accompany a couple of my friends to a class and it just made sense to do the $30 for 30 day trial just in case I wanted to go once more. After the first class, I was hooked! The instructors are so friendly and easy to follow. On the most difficult poses they suggest alternatives, so you always get the full experience no matter what your level is. Even the 103 degree temperature in the hot classes isnt bad and you actually leave feeling very refreshed. I am still stumbling around my mat but i am excited to continue pass my 30 day trial to achieve all that I know my body can do (a headstand is in my future!)"
