"Pharmacy has gone totally downhill in the past year. Hate how most rx's are filled offsite now. Takes so much longer to get medicine. Staff is incompetent and lack customer service skills. Everyone I know has issues with them!!! Switching to another pharmacy. Today was the straw that broke the camel's back. Bunch of idiots working here."

"While checking out in the front and trying to use my chip on my debit card, the cashier (small, short hair and glasses) grabbed my card out of my hand! I was trying. That was very rude and it angered me!"

"I have a bad experience 9/10 times at the pharmacy. There’s always something. Telling me it’s ready, showing up and it’s not ready. Tonight they couldn’t find my prescription, 10 minutes after filling it. My wife has had issues just as frequently as I have, and medicine for my son has always been a pain to get too. In fact, my wife picked up her prescription (a stimulant) and when she got home, it was somebody else’s with twice the amount of her prescribed dosage. Check your pills! Update 5/16/2023 Had to call pharmacy to finish Rx refill per website. Called. Was told ready by 11. Showed up at 12:20 nobody ahead of me in line. Took 8 minutes for them to get to me and tell me it wasn’t ready yet. This place needs a management overhaul bad. Theyre also apparently so annoyed with people pressing the “call” button on the drive through, they taped over the instructions suggesting to press it to get help."

"I love coming to this location because it's so close to home and the majority of the staff is sweet and helpful. But yesterday I was in line waiting to be rung out given there was two cashiers and one was busy checking a guy out. The other-cashier who was there wasn't even looking at me and looked like she was dozing off not even paying attention and then looks at me with rude face and is like, "come on" I was a little pulled back by her attitude. The cashiers name is savannah I don't know if she was having a rough day but that customer service was not it. We all have problems but leave that at home. I work in customer service and baby let me tell you if you don't like it leave it there is plenty of jobs out there. That lady lacks training in customer service."

"The pharmacy here is awful, which is why I normally go. Long lines at drive thru or in store no matter when you go. The pharmacy tech named Ashley is terrible. She has zero customer service skills. How she has lasted this long is beyond me. She practically threw my medicine at me today. I said "Thank you" and no response. I know I'm not the only one who has issues with her. As far as the store goes, it is very convenient and the sales associates are very friendly. It doesn't always have what I need, but they usually do in a pinch."
