"Tried to order a fridge through Home Depot. They forgot to put it on the delivery truck TWICE. When we called after the second failed delivery, the best they could do was a sweep of the warehouse that would take an additional 72 hours. I don’t know what kind of business has a policy of “just wait for missing items to turn up and hope no one notices” but that is apparently how their warehouse operates. Completely ludicrous that we had to request they look for it and that it would take another 3 days to find with when they had already had it in their warehouse for over a week. We were completely without a fridge at this time and they refused to provide a loaner fridge or promptly resolve the issue. The compensation they offered us when we told them we’d be taking our business elsewhere wasn’t even enough to repurchase the exact same fridge. Customer service was extremely rude and unpleasant repeatedly saying in a condescending tone “that’s how fair refunds work”. When I asked if they thought it was “fair” that I was going to be without a fridge and now out additional money to reorder the exact same product because of their incompetence they agreed it was not. Guess that’s just how they do business. They can take their “fair refund” and stick it where the sun don’t shine as far as I’m concerned. Lowe’s had the same fridge to us in 24 hours. Save yourself the headache and frustration and just go to Lowe’s."

"I lost my card today while toting around my toddler, 2 employees noticed and immediately started helping me look. They located my card, the lady at the register got my daughter a sucker and had another worker assist me in getting all my heavy stuff to my car. 10/10 on general kindness and costumer service because I sure was an anxious wreck. If the employees happen to see this, Thank you all ❤️"

"Jessie has helped me in appliances twice recently after having one break and needed to get a replacement quickly. Jessie was extremely helpful, got to me very quickly both times, gave me all of the options available for my purchase without pressuring me to purchase add on but was very thorough in the explanation of the options available, and made both purchases truly pleasurable. I have had very negative experiences across the road attempting to make the same purchase and I will be going back to Jessie for any future needs really just a stellar customer service."

"I came into the store to look at ovens to compare prices. While I was there, I went ahead and grabbed paint brushes. I had trouble deciding on what brush to use with a stain application. No one asked me if I needed help in either section. As a matter of fact, 5 employees stood behind the paint desk (about 15 feet away) while I tried to find the right brush. Never did anyone ask if I was finding everything ok. But, those guys were having a jolly time telling stories. This is why I don’t shop at Home Depot. Lowe’s is my home. I was merely comparing oven prices. You’re actually competitive with a local hometown store and I’m going with the home town store because I get awesome service every time."
