"“Broken Appointment Process”— It is with great regret that I have to provide poor feedback for this organization based on my recent experience. My confirmed appointment with their staff was canceled without my consent. The staff Crystal and Erica acknowledged my appointment in their system, but stated I somehow canceled it. When I attempted to show my confirmation based on the information text Clarkson provided it was completely ignored, moreover, these individuals couldn’t even ascertain how or why this even happened. Yet, they offered to reschedule me for another appointment??? Why would a customer do that when the company representatives canceled my appointment without my consent. Advice for Clarkson Eyecare resolve your in house issues or you will continue losing customers to your competitors."
