"Dr. Ashley Ali and her team are incredible. I broke my ankle in several places Christmas 2023 and by January 11th, Dr. had completely repaired it with surgery. I have had bad experiences with being dismissed and ignored so I was terrified and in pain. She is so sweet and makes you feel like you’ve known each other for years! She listens, treats me with courtesy and kindness, gives excellent advice you can trust! And her nurse Courtney is the same! The whole team is! They are patient, caring and made sure I was involved in every aspect of my healing. Never for a moment did I feel alone and that means the world! All of this care allowed me to bounce back 100% by March! I was able to walk and drive without assistance and most importantly, without pain! "Went to this Dr as instructed after being seen by Dr Fox. He said I may benefit by having an arthroscopic and she was the one who does that. This is stated in his letter as he described it at my appointment with him. It was actually a second opinion appointment as requested by my family doctor after the first doctor suggested surgery. This doctor was so rude when I told her the other doctor suggested surgery, She acted like I wanted her to do surgery. Gosh why don’t these doctors check their ego once in a while and realize they are working with people who are sick. Some people have chronic illnesses and end up there as a secondary condition lands them in this office. We don’t want t be there in the first place! NO BEDSIDE MANNER AT ALL it’s just wrong when you leave a doctor feeling worse than when you came in because of the way you were treated. All I was asking for is another opinion… UPDATE: It has been repaired! For ms Ali’s information, it was a torn medial collateral ligament and lateral torn meniscus. Repaired by your a real orthopedic surgeon who is a professional."
