"Could not get them to stop auto payment for premium due. Do not use auto payment. They only have one phone number and you can not understand a word they say when you are just trying to cancel your policy after going on Medicare. They keep sending notices of premium due after you thought you had cancelled. Try calling their Little Rock AR home address and you get such a run around it makes you mad as hell!!!"

"Robo calls on the weekend then won't let you leave a Message because the office is closed for the weekend.... I'm reporting this place to the BBB and FTC"

"Zero stars, the worst company I've ever delt with. I'd be here all day if I explained. In short hopeful you never have a life or death situation, need stitches, or need their help with transportation. They have the worst customer service where customer is always wrong and employees aren't held accountable. I suggest getting a call recording app and a great lawyer. I would rather not be your government Frankenstein experiment."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. They'll send you conflicting mail so you'll never know if you still have insurance or not. And every time you get ahold of someone they'll tell you something different. If this wasn't literally my only option for healthcare I wouldn't have it. Its awesome when you actually get to use the service! But good luck figuring out if you have coverage and finding someone who can actually give you correct information on the service. Such a joke."

"I've had a really positive experience with HomeState Health through Medicaid. I got it directly through the gov, not a health insurance marketplace. Any time I've called I've gotten through to a representative and they are very helpful. I've had great coverage within all the major hospital affiliations in STL. I'm really pleased!"
