At Independence Center Health Group, we understand that each patient is unique. Our services include thorough evaluations to establish diagnoses, treatment recommendations, medication plans, and assessments of physical health status and community resource needs. Treatment planning is a collaborative process with the patient and their support network, focusing on holistic recovery and wellness.

We provide ongoing assessment, medication management, and both individual and group therapy sessions conducted by licensed clinical social workers. Patients can be referred by their doctor or social worker. Our holistic care approach includes monitoring health measures at every visit and offering health information and referrals for physical health needs.
