"Dr. Byrd is personable, a great listeners, and empathetic to the concerns of my husband and myself. He is knowledgeable and takes the time to address all of our questions and concerns. He truly cares about the patients he is treating. My husband has several speciality physicians and Dr Byrd takes the time to coordinates the care between all the physicians. He sent us a reminder to send in BP readings, not many physicians would take the time to do this. We are so thankful for Dr. Byrd and the care he provides my husband!"

"Doctor Byrd is amazing. I have seen him for several years. I have a few genetic conditions that make me not much of a typical patient. He seems to understand that and always keeps in mind that I am not typical when caring for me. He is not the type of doctor to just guess and/or BS to answer questions. He has told me "I'm not sure, but I will find out for you." Then, he actually follows through. He is super responsive through the patient portal, which has allowed me to quickly know if I need to schedule with him or one of my specialists, saving me time and wasted trips. I also love that he personally responds, vs playing the telephone game with a nurse or receptionist. I've been so absolutely pleased with him and would highly recommend him. I very much dislike his nurse practitioner, though. She dismissed my concerns once and sent me home with pneumonia that was diagnosed a few hours later by urgent care. If I ever need a sick visit and Dr. Byrd is not available, I'd rather go to Urgent Care than see the rude know it all nurse practitioner--but that works for me. His other nurse, the RN, is really great and I like her a lot. The NP is the only person I don't really care for in this office."

"I absolutely adore this guy. I am somewhat of a medical anomaly but he's stuck by my side even when he didn't know what exactly was wrong with me. He's very knowledgeable and super smart, not to mention he really cares about his patients which is hard to come by these days!He is proud the most punctual doctor I have ever seen as well. If your appointment is at 1pm he is typically in your exam room at one o'clock or not too terribly long thereafter. I could go on and on about why I really enjoy having him as my doctor. If you're looking for a new gp definitely consider him!"
