Sliding Fee Scale & Medicaid Expansion:

Starting April 1, 2024, we are implementing a new sliding fee scale to ensure our services are accessible to everyone. If you have any questions, please visit us at one of our locations or call us at 314-367-5820 for assistance. With Medicaid Expansion, 275,000 Missourians now have the opportunity for healthcare coverage. It's crucial to apply, even if you already have Gateway to Better Health. Current Medicaid recipients should watch for a recertification letter in the mail; failing to recertify will result in being dropped from enrollment. For help with Medicaid enrollment or pending applications, contact our Outreach staff.

Health & Safety:

At CareSTL Health, we prioritize the safety and health of our patients. As of May 11, 2023, wearing masks inside our centers is no longer mandatory. We encourage individuals interested in vaccinations to schedule an appointment by calling 314-633-6363 or visiting our vaccine clinic at 2425 N. Whittier Street.
