- Sliding Fee Scale: Effective April 1, 2024, our new sliding fee scale will be in place. For any questions or assistance, please visit one of our locations or call us at 314-367-5820.

- Medicaid Expansion: With the Medicaid Expansion, 275,000 Missourians now have the opportunity for healthcare coverage. If you currently have Gateway to Better Health, it is essential to apply for Medicaid. Existing Medicaid recipients should expect a letter for recertification. Failure to recertify will result in being dropped from enrollment, so please take prompt action.

- Assistance Available: For help with Medicaid enrollment or questions about pending applications, please contact our Outreach staff.

- Health and Safety Protocol: As of May 11, 2023, masks are no longer required for employees and patients inside our centers. We remain committed to the safety and health of all our patients.

- Vaccination Services: Individuals wishing to get vaccinated are encouraged to schedule an appointment by calling 314-633-6363 or visiting our vaccine clinic at 2425 N. Whittier Street.
