"Reached out to this location about two weeks ago to inquire about home health care for my mom, specifically companionship type services to come into the home. They were told what I was looking for and it was starting to sound like that they weren't able to do this particular service based on her medical insurance. I also inquired about self payment if necessary. I was told that I would receive a call back and no one ever called me back. I was referred to this company from a valued friend. I am disappointed with no return call because I was trying to reach out to a minority-owned business. To not receive a call back when implied is unprofessional and bad business. Do better..and don't fall into the stereotype of what some think about certain businesses."
